Mood hasn't been that well since i tender my resignation till now. I had been busy with job hunting everyday for the past 2 weeks and counting, surfing through JobStreet/JobsDB/Jobs Central etc for available openings. Went for a few interviews so far with a few big companies but still waiting for them to get back to me with good news. I know job hunting wasn't gonna be easy so i tell myself no matter how hard and how long it takes me, i will not give up!

Chinese New Year is just 3 days away from now and i have yet to really gear myself up to welcome the Year of The Dragon plus getting myself into the festive mood. Although, most of the time I'm preoccupied with job hunting but i did managed to find time to do alittle CNY shopping on my own and getting the new fiber optic internet up & running in the house plus upgrading my iPhone to IOS5 (jailbreak too).

Went Bugis Street for a quick walk and bought a few simple dresses for the CNY and it's also pretty suitable for work too. Bugis Street is one of my favorite place for shopping. It has everything there from shoes to makeup, male/females clothes, accessories etc. You can get a very nice and simple dress/top/bottom for as little as $10. I simply love shopping there and the fruit juices too (cheap and thirst quenching). Guess many singaporeans too love going there to shop as well besides me.

When i was younger, i usual goes to Far East Plaza to get clothes and stuff but now i will only go there to get shoes instead. The place used to pretty hip in fashion but i guess with the new big players like H&M and a few others flagship stores opening up, people are shift their attention to them instead. Although, the place is not as crowded like before, i still enjoying going there to shop for shoes (LOL) but for this Chinese New Year i bought a pair of heels from Charles & Keith (up to 50% sale going on).

The weather till now haven't been good, many people are falling sick every now and then, making my face condition getting worsen. Bought a new liquid foundation by L'oreal - White Perfect Pearl, a face primer by Cyber Colors - Zero Pore Primer (good buy from sasa @ $18 now) and a pore minimizing care by Za - Total Hydration Essence Pore Care (value for money now @ $9.90). That's all for shopping for the time being till i found myself a new job, i have been spending money and not having any income coming in lately (sigh). Hope after Chinese New Year i would have better luck in my job hunting.

It Ani't The End...

Gone the bad year 2011 and come the new year 2012, i wish all my family and friends all the best of luck in whatever they do and whatever they wish for in 2012 will come true. To all my followers on blogger and twitter, a very prosperous and better year in 2012. This will be my last post for the year 2011 and i will be back to post more in year 2012.

A few countdown parties that you might to take note of and head down to any of the places to have a great night out. One of the biggest countdown party will be at the Marine bay where there will be live broadcast of great music and firework display during midnight. You can also head down to Sentosa Siloso Beach Party with a groovy line up of DJs, non-stop music, pyrotechnics display and fringe entertainment.

Alternative, you can also head down to town where Radio deejays usher in 2012 with revellers at the Radio's Rockin Countdown event at Ngee Ann City's Civic Plaza. My favorite radio station 91.3fm is hosting the countdown party at Clarke Quay Central Fountain Square where they are counting down the hottest 100 hits of year 2011. I will be at Yishun in front of Khatib Mrt station counting down with my family and residents of Yishun with the MPs.

In another few hours time it will be 2012, i wish good luck will befall on me for job hunting and by Chinese New Year 23th January a new job is waiting for me. I will keep this post short & simple, see everyone next year. May 2012 hit everyone with a big bang. Cheers and enjoy the long weekend!!!

Season of hunting.....

Sorry for not updating my blog for the past coming 2 weeks. Had been feeling rather depress lately and straggling to make the decision having to come to terms that it's time to start hunting for a new job. Having to resign wasn't a easy decision to make. It took me a long time to pluck up to courage to hand in the resignation letter and till now i still wonder did i do the right move or i should have just give it more time and wait?

The tough move came just 2 days before Christmas, almost broke down after tendering but a voice in me head keep telling me that i have to pull myself up soon as the hunting season is on it's way. Luck isn't something that i don't have it with me all the time thus job hunting for me is something quite hard at times but that will not keep me from sending out more resumes.

Thinking back, did i make the wrong move to join this company in the first place? It's been a few days since i tender and my bosses hasn't say or comment any about it. The worst part is, they didn't even bother to ask to see me and to advise me on whom I should hand over my duties to or who will be temporary taking over me when I'm gone.

Friends says maybe they have been waiting for me to resign myself all this while etc making me to think if it's the case or not. Am i really that unwelcome or unwanted in the company?? Why in the first place hire me then?? During my 5 months stay, i have been doing crapy task and non HR related work which is totally different from what i was told about my job scope during the interview and what i was promise on the very first day of work.

Oh well, since i have already decided to move on i shall not dwell further about the unhappy stuff. Belated Merry Christmas and boxing day!!! A music video on how i'm feeling the past 2 weeks or so. Cheers and enjoy!!!

Ok it's 10 days more to Christmas and i have really yet to get all presents ready... argh god someone please come save me!! I can't decide what to buy for my mum, my aunt and HIM. All i gotten was a makeup palette for my cousin and a eyeshadow palette for myself (LMFAO). I really hate shopping for presents!!! I'm still short of presents.... WTF!!!

Mood hasn't been good lately, depression kinda sitting in and swallow me up entirely slowly. It's mid week but i'm still feeling the blues. This Christmas feels so cold and different, i don't know what's wrong thou. Have been having cramps for the past few days, maybe that's the reason for my lousy mood?? Any great tips or ideas how to chase those blues away?? Hopefully, my mood would change for the better before Christmas comes next weekend.

Was surfing for ideas as usual, hopping from one blogshop to another and toggle in between eBay and G market. Besides having a write up on Christmas ideas For Him by Urban and Diva, they too have a write up on Christmas ideas For Her too. I always think it's more easy to get presents for the ladies since there are items down from dresses, accessories, makeups to even spa treatments and lots more choices as compared to guys. But because there are so many choices it makes me so hard to decide what to get instead. With the instant growth and raising of deals websites like deals.com.sg, Plus! BigDeal, groupon and lots more gives people like me more choices to choose from.

Guys, what kind of budget do you usual set for getting HER the best or ideal present?? Or How much would you spend on getting her a present?? How do you chose the right gift for her every time for every occasion?? Have you ever gotten her presents that she don't or hard use at all?? How would you know what you got her is what she wants for present?? What ideas do you have to recommend??

I guess most guys will reply things like Blings, LV bags, Gucci Shoes, Prada wallets etc LOL. I know that what i would love to received as presents from HIM... LMFAO!! 12 days to Christmas....

It's 12 days more to Christmas and i have really not yet shop for any presents yet. OMG!!! Have been brain racking what the hell should i buy for that special "HIM" yet. Oh what the hell!! Was chatting on MSN the other day with my dearest aunt Nancy, guess what she share with me what she got for my uncle for Christmas.... A Korean Frying Pan!!! LMFAO what an wonderful present.

I was trying to recall what have i bought for him so far in the past till date as so that i wouldn't be getting him repeated gifts and what other things i could get him for present this year but i just can't think of anything... arghhhh!!! Was browsing and surfing around online again as usual for ideas, i found some interesting ideas from Urban and Diva. Internet is human best creation of all time in history and science.

Sometimes i hate doing shopping for presents for family and friends, firstly i hate to repeat gifts that they might think i don't care about them. Secondly i hate to get presents that they might not like or use and in the end it will probably end up in one corner of the unwanted box etc. Thirdly, maybe others have already gotten him or her the same thing i got for them then they might feel I'm just like the others.

Scrumptious Christmas.....

Actually everyday after work, i try not to be on my laptop when I'm back home as i have been doing so at work for more than 8 hours but as there isn't much stuff i can do at home after night fall besides surfing the net, playing games etc so here i am blogging and looking online for nice Christmas buffets venues. Christmas, the time of the year again to give, share and FEAST... LOL!!

I love BUFFET very much!! A nice buffet spread to me, it must have fresh yummy oysters, salmon/sashimis, lobsters, cold crabs, fresh prawns, cheese palettes, ice creams and lots more. Buffet without either one those items doesn't feel like a buffet at all. As it is Christmas, i look forward to have nice roasted turkey, roast beef, German pork knuckle, honey glazed hams, log cakes etc added on top of the usual buffet spread menu.

Ladies affair..........

Ok this blog post is especially for the ladies during this holiday season. In about 2 weeks time it would be the season of giving - Christmas and i have yet to do any Christmas shopping for presents. That's not all, I'm invited to a wedding dinner on Christmas eve how fantastic could it be (there goes a nice Christmas eve countdown and partying). Oh well what the hack, it's still a nice and joyous occasion to be part of a grand affair.

Was browsing through the net for nice, good and easy tips on what to wear, makeup ideas and hair dos for this Christmas earlier on. Didn't find much stuff on the net thou but i still manage to get some ideas on eye makeup and hair dos. Bought 6 months supply of blue colored contacts so this Christmas, blue it should be for me just like the color theme for orchard road's decorations. Time to get some blue colored eye shadows and liners too.

Came across something interesting from Liese on some great hair dos tips. Maybe i might try one of the styling looks from their Christmas Lookbook for the Wedding dinner on Christmas eve. Besides having cravings for steamy hot steamboat for dinner lately, i have been also having cravings for ice creams for after meals desert. Whenever i travel overseas be it during on a hot summer season or on a cold winter season, there is this 1 thing that i must do and that is have to have a nice ice cream cone or ice cream on waffle even when I'm on top of the cold mountain with snow floating down from the sky that's how crazy i am.

I feel that good tasty ice creams and waffles shops are hard to come by these days. Usually on normal days, i would settle for a tube of mango & passion fruit, raspberry sorbet or mango sorbet from Hagen-Dazs when I'm at the petrol station or supermarket. But nowadays there are more and more ice cream joints around Singapore opening up and operates till 11pm-12mid on weekdays or 1-2am on weekends to ease everyone's craving.

Few weeks back i was at Scoopz at upper Thomson road with a group of friends after dinner. Scoopz have a pretty good variety of hand-made ice cream and drinks menu. They are open Sun-Thurs 12pm-12am and Fri, Sat & PH 12pm-2am. I love the durian, green tea and mango sorbet flavors from them. This outlet at Upper Thomson Road was a new concept cafe as compared to there main outlet just a ice cream stand at Parkway Parade shopping center where you can sit and chill out with your friends instead of walking around eating it. Besides Scoopz, there a also a few ice cream joints around Upper Thomson area thou i have yet to try them but maybe you can try them out and share with me the review of their ice creams. Icekimo http://www.icekimo.com/index.asp is situated at Sin Ming Center just somewhere behind Scoopz. Icekimo too promotes hand-made ice creams, cakes and a nice drinks menu. Icekimo like Scoopz is nice a place to chill & relax by reading the magazines or having some fun with the board games and also free Wifi services for their customer provided in the parlour. Their opening hours is Sun-Thurs 11.30am-11pm and Fri, Sat & PH 11.30am-1am.

There are 2 newly opened ice cream joints at upper Thomson area, one of them is Salted Caramel http://www.saltedcaramel.sg/, not much information on the new joint yet thou. Their newly setup website is still under much wraps i guess but they are open daily from Sun-Thurs 12pm-11pm and Fri, Sat & PH 12pm-2am. And the other new joint is Wafflelicious http://wafflelicioussg.blogspot.com, the ice creams and food looks good on their Facebook page and blog. Their operation hours are Sun-Thurs 12pm-11pm and Fri, Sat & PH 12pm-1am. Well guess i have to make a trip down and try them out myself soon.

So far these are the few ice cream joints that are available around Upper Thomson area nearest to where i live, that craters to late night weekend food lovers like me. Do you have any other places to recommend around Upper Thomson or AMK or Sembawang Road beside those i have mention?? Have you tried the joints i have recommended before?? What do you look for or how you chose the right ice cream & waffle joint worth for money and have good spread of ice cream selection??

Freezing cold....

Weather had been bad for the past few months in Singapore and in certain parts of the world too. Constant rain fall have cause floods in many countries like Thailand and flash flood is one of the headaches for the Singapore's government. I love rainy days but too much of rain can be a problem and hater for many especially for outdoor activities like marathons, photo shoots, weddings etc and some businesses as well.

Not sure is it because of the cold weather, i have been craving for my all time favorite - steamboat for the past few months now. I love sitting around the big pot of soup with a wonderful mixture of food in it. My longest record for eating steamboat is more than 4 hours, don't ask me how i did it but i just did. And during one of the Chinese New Year gathering at 1 of my friend's place, we had steamboat for dinner too. Guess what, i joined them for dinner from the start and i stayed all the way till the end with 2 groups of different people one after another.

I remember when i was young, my parents used to bring me to Marina South where there are many 2N1 steamboat & bbq stores. Back in those days, the place is super famous for it which draws huge crowd every weekends and sometimes weekdays too but it have been closed down since government announce plans to build a barrage and a new botanical garden there. It's one of my favourite place for 2N1 steamboat & bbq with my friends during school days, kinda sad that it's gone now.

There's quite a number of steamboat & bbq stores at Liang Seah Street which is pretty famous for it. One of them which i recommend is 鲜得来, where they have nice & wide selection of soup bases especially their 辣糙排骷/辣糙鸡块 and the food comes in small portion on plates served to you by the staff so all i have to do is sit down and eat but kind of expensive about $25-$30 per pax including of ordering drinks.

And the other joint at Liang Seah Street that i like is 辣妹子, they have my favorite soup base 川菜 and it's self service so alittle walking to and fro is required for food & drinks. I prefer going to 辣妹子 other outlet at Thomson road - Novena Ville http://www.lameizi.com.sg/index.html as compared to their outlet at Liang Seah Street. Price wise per pax for Liang Seah outlet is $18 nett with free flow of drinks as for Thomson outlet $16 nett for weekday and $18 nett for weekend but drinks are not included.

There are 2 other steamboat & bbq joints that i like to dining at too. One of it is Chong Pang BBQ buffet steamboat newly located at Balestier Road http://www.chongpangbbq.com/index.php, they too have a wide selection of food to choose from, a large indoor seating and a 150 parking lots available behind the food court there. Per pax is $19.80 nett. The best part is Chong Pang BBQ is halal where they have a strict NO PORK NO LARD policy so Muslims are very much welcome.

And lastly, it's the Sakura Charcoal Grill & Shabu Shabu http://www.sukigroup.com.sg/suki/shabu.htm at Marina Country Club - Punggol. Although the place is out of the where to many but it didn't stop people flocking to it just to dine there. To ease the traveling issue, the country club crater free bus service from Seng kang Mrt station to and fro. The spread at Sakura is huge as compared to many. It's pricing is not cheap though, per adult $24+ and kids $11.90+ including drinks.

So far, these are the few steamboat joints which i have tried and find it worth trying. Are you feeling the same and having the same craving as me during cold and rainy weather?? Sleazy or slurpy???

Came across an article today on - Is Geylang a good place to invest?? The article says Geylang is probably the last place in Singapore that any property investor would look at due to the bad reputation it has earned with its many massage parlours and sleazy nightlife. Well to some extend i pretty much agree on it but Geylang also house alot of small good and nice eateries there too.

The article too states that accordingly to a study conducted by PropertyGuru revealed that Geylang offers good long term prospects for property investment in Singapore. And according to data collected from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), average transaction prices of landed homes in the area climbed 37 percent to S$1,270 psf in Q3 2011, from S$930 psf in Q3 2010. Meanwhile, prices of condos rose 38 percent to S$1,045 psf from S$760 psf during the same period.

Wow that is something i didn't know, i wasn't aware housing prices at Geylang could be so expensive too. A returned to Singapore after four years overseas and was looking to acquire a property. A house in Geylang caught his attention but he decided against it, due to the area's seedy reputation and his concern for the welfare of his three teenage girls. He said not buying in Geylang was the biggest property investment mistake I've ever made as I could have bought for S$500,000 at that time and that same property is now worth more than S$1 million.

Would you have think and done the same as him?? Have you or would you consider to buy a house in Geylang?? Would you really want to stay in Geylang?? If your answer is YES, what is the reason that make you do so?? If your answer is NO, what is the reason for you to reject staying in that area?? For me, my answer is NO reason being i prefer a more green and quieter environment thou i like going Geylang for supper with my friends etc.

Geylang reminds me of all the good times i had with my family and friends having dinner/supper/breakfast. No doubt Geylang bad reputation to some businesses found there but it also have a good reputation for good food like i said. I love the Rochor beancurd, frog porridge, Dim sum, beef kway teow and lots more good & delicious food. Care to share what are the food that you attracts you there for?? Or what is that you like at Geylang (not the massage parlours and sleazy nightlife)??

Big or small....

Decided to side track alittle for this post, was at Sitex at expo yesterday checking out some laptops and tablets. The event hall is packed with people checking out cheap and good bargains as usual. Long queues everywhere including toilets and eateries at expo. Car parks around expo are full as well and worst of all there's a wedding dinner going on at night, i wonder where are the poor people going to park their cars at??

Laptops/Desktops/Printers/External Harddisk etc nowadays are alot cheaper as compared to a few years back. For as little as 1.2K you can get a pretty well to do laptop and i don't mean a netbook. For a netbook, you can simply get one ranging from $499 to $799. I was surprise to know that you can also get a desktop from as low as $799 and a printer as low as $59. Oh my god, time has really changed.

Mum got a desktop from HP with a pretty good specs for $999 with some freebies and a Dell printer for $59. Didn't get anything for myself thou. I realize my Maxonline contract is ready re-contract and current promotion for Starhub under Maxonline premium plus/Maxinfinity premium plus, they are offering either a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 or a Lenovo IdeaPad Y470.

Would you go for a small & light Tab with 3G wifi but you can't watch online movies and DVDs besides only youtube or certain apps from Andriod market? Or a laptop which has everything down from wifi to a DVD rom but heavy & bulky?? Between the both, which one would you pick?? Small & light or all-in-one?? Or what else would you take into consideration before deciding and picking?? Care to share your views and tips on choosing the right choice??

Boring nights....

How bad can my nights be without my laptop?? I can tell you it's very bad especially when it's my only source of entertainment after dark during weekdays. I'm not quite sure it's my cable modem or router having problem?? Or its my service provider giving problem?? Or it's my laptop's wireless connection the issue??

Nowadays especially when technology is so advance, fast in pace and innovative, we humans tend to rely on our mobile phones, computers/laptops, xbox etc too much till we can't leave home without them. I wonder what is happening to us now?? I remember life back then when i was still young, we don't have all this stuff not as in right now where all this are so easy accessible.

Life and mood hasn't been really great lately, kinda feeling depress at times when night falls and everything is around me is so quiet. Time seems to pass so slowly till i hate it so much. Is night life here in Singapore sucks to the core or it's just me?? Am i the only one who feels and thinks that way or you too were feeling and thinking like me??

I wonder what will happen if one day all the teach stuff that we have been enjoying just disappear or break down completely in our lives?? What if we are back in stone age?? Will life still goes on as normal?? How would you react if there is no computers or phone in the offices?? Or no copier/fax machine?? No internet?? Will all of humans still be able to function and preform our daily work etc as usual and normal?? What if there are no cars, no mrt trains, no buses and no planes??

Ok the Halloween hunting starts tonight so i decided to blog earlier instead today. So where are you people be heading tonight, tomorrow night or even on Sunday night, care to share with me?? A little facts on Halloween itself - Halloween is on October 31st, the last day of the celtic calendar. It was originally a pagan holiday honoring the dead. Halloween is just right the corner and every TV channel is airing scary movies everyday even on Disney channel. Come to think of it, what's your all time favorite scary movie?? What's your definition of a scary movie?? How do you rate one as a good scary movie?? What do you look forward to in a scary movie??

I recurrently just watch the remake of the classic 1985 movie Fright Night which stars Colin Farrell as the vampire. The movie doesn't really kind of live up to expectation as what i feel. My kind of scary movie will be movies like Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween or movies directed by Wes Craven.

Care to share what will you be doing on Halloween night?? Will you be staying home to be a couch potato with a cool drink, popcorn and with a nice selection of scary movies?? I use to have nightmare after watching scary movies when i was still very young like 8 or 9 years old but not anymore when i know it's just CGI effects.

Found a list which contains the top 25 scariest horror movies of all time on the internet this morning and guess what movies made it to the list?? It was The Omen (1976) coming out on the top of the list (oh my god what an old movie), will you can check out chicagotribune.com for the complete list of scariest horror movies and have a great time watching them on this Halloween night.

Do you like kite flying?? How much would you invest in a kite?? Lately a new up and coming trend is LED night lights kites. As Deepavali is around the corner, the festive of lights reminds me of LED night lights kites up in the dark skies at night looking like a sky full of floating lights or UFOs at times. These LED night lights kites are not cheap thou.

A LED night lights kite can easily cost $80 to $600 for one. Would you spend more than $80 bucks for a kite?? I like kites but i don't think i will spend more than even $50 for a kite, not to even mention more than $80 for LED night lights kite. And that's not all, extra money will be needed to buy spare LED night lights in case the LEDs blow up.

Seems like more people are taking up kite flying as hobby. Kite flying use to be a cheap and fun past time back in the older days. Kids use to make their own kites and fly them together with a whole bunch of kids in the park and suddenly this past time just died down. But as era changes and improving, kites are getting more and more expensive as we know.

With the opening of Marina Barrage more people are into it again and I'm one of them too. Having LED night lights kite, it bring kite flying up to a new level as kite flying will not only be a past time for the day time but also night time. Where do you buy you kites from?? Where do you go kite flying at?? What do you bring along when you go kite flying??

Have you ever had nightmares before?? How does it looks or feels like?? What are nightmares?? Is nightmares dreams with a twist?? Why do people have nightmares?? How often do people have nightmares?? What causes people to have nightmares?? Is there an explanation to nightmares that people experience??

I don't dream or i should say even if i do, i don't usually remember what i have dreamt about. I understand some people tends to dream alot when they sleep and they could remember what they dream about or have recollection bits of what they dreamt. But are these weak bits true?? Is dreams or nightmares a sign to somethings that is about to happen??

Doctor says - nightmare is an unpleasant dreams that can cause a strong negative emotional response from the mind, typically fear and/or horror, but also can because of despair, anxiety and of great sadness. The dream may contain situations of danger, discomfort, psychological or physical terror. Sufferers usually awaken in a state of distress and may be unable to return to sleep for a prolonged period of time.

As halloween is around the corner, i took a interest in going through nightmare on elm street series. Can nightmare really kill you in your sleep?? Eating before going to sleep, which triggers an increase in the body's metabolism and brain activity, is a potential stimulus for nightmares do you believe that?? I wonder does sleepwalking have any connections to dreams and nightmares??

What is the scariest thing you have ever done?? Have you ever took a night walk alone in the cemetery?? Or have you ever been to any place which are believed to be hunted by sprites?? Have you ever see any sprites or extraordinary sightings before with your own eyes?? Do you believe in ghosts or sprites??

I have seen a ghostly man figure in my room before when i was just 13 years old. I felt presents of someone else beside myself in my room before in the middle of the night. I heard whispers in my ears telling not to be afraid in Cantonese and no matter how hard i tried and struggle to wake up from my sleep i just cant.

Have you had such experiences before?? Are these experiences normal or it's just some vision i imagine myself out of the blue?? Does ghost or sprites exists?? What should one do when they sees it or how should one react to it?? Are any of the ghost stories we heard since young till now true??

What's your stories care to share with me?? Where in Singapore are the places considered hunted?? Halloween is just around the corner, what and how are you going to spend the night?? Do you have any hunted places to recommend for adventure lovers to explore on Halloween night??

Meet me 2 long time friends for dinner and coffee yesterday night after work. It's been more than 10 years since i last met friend K. The 3 of us had lost contact when i lost my phone 10 years back. Me and friend C happen to bump into each other while we are with our own group of friends for steamboat one fine night. I had a great time with them.

Time really flies, we spent almost 4 hours just to catch up all the time that we had lost during dinner and coffee but i guess it still not enough as there are just too much to catch up with but it was a start even for just 3 hours plus meet up. K is a photographer now and the new gallery will be open sometime end of the month. While C is a proud boss of a interior designing studio. Well i guess I'm the only one still stuck slogging for others.

When we know each other, K was a christian and now even C is one too. While having coffee both of them are trying so hard to connivance me to step into the light with them. But here's the thing, i don't think I'm really to give up the darkness and take that step into the light cause I'm no saint and i know that myself.

I'm comfortable staying in the darkness and i quite like being what i am now. No offense but darkness is no as bad as it seems to many. Not that i don't believe in spirits, god etc but until when I'm fully ready to leave the darkness and submit myself to the light, i am staying put in the darkness and i believe HE will understand. So are you like me being comfortable in the dark or you are stepping into the light anytime soon?

Have you ever gone shopping, watch a movie, dine or gone on a oversea trip on your own?? Do you find it weird to do all these thing alone by yourself?? Do you find it bored having to do all these things by yourself?? Or you rather enjoy the moment being alone doing all these things by yourself??

In most people's eyes and mind, having to do all these things alone it is very weird, funny or to the extend it's crazy. The first thing they will ask or say- find a friend to go with you, you sound so sad telling me that you are going out alone, don't be crazy to go out alone etc when their friend tell them that.

How do you react when your friend tells you that?? What do reply them?? What kind of suggestions do you give to them?? Do you think or feel that your friend is crazy, stupid etc just like the rest of the other people out there? Does your friend really have to have some company to do all things with him or her so that it's not weird, funny or crazy etc??

Is there anything that you have done it by yourself without your friends?? Do you care to share with me?? What else people will do alone themselves?? For me, i do go shopping and having dinner alone by myself at times. There are times i even watches movies alone. The loneliest thing i did alone before was to go clubbing by myself once (LMFAO).

When the sun goes down...

A new friend of mine was sharing with me what he and friends did when they are bored at night after supper. They will drive their cars around in the night to common hot spots where couple will do monkey business in the cars. What he and friends will do is that they will park very closely next to the car and stare at the car while it shakes or some others shared they will go shake the car and run off.

He told me these couples will usually drive to spots like big open space industrial carparks or badly lighted carparks at parks etc do their monkey business there. He also taught me how to spot one. He mention these cars are usually park there stationery with black curtains drawn or their car windows are covered up with newspapers and at times its engine still running with the air-condition on.

One of the hottest spot in the past, not sure it's still is or not is the carpark at East Coast Park off East Coast Park Service Road near NSRCC golf course. Ok the epic questions, how many of you couples or guys have drove there and did monkey business there before?? And what are the other hot spots out there or how many more hot spots that you know of?? Care to share with me so that i can update it in this blog here?

After sharing with me that, my friend ask me a stupid question which i have no idea how and what to reply him. He ask me what's so fun about it having to do monkey business in the car at such places? How the hell would i know? Is it the excitement and thrills what the guys and couples are looking for? Or they are just purely out to save the money to get room etc? So people what you think??

Dancing in the dark...

Heavy down pour in the evening took the heat away, leaving the weather outside cool and cozy. Guess it's a nice night for alot of people to sleep. Today someone share with me his so called dark side - "Hmm... dark side, is that I love to go for drinks, though much seldom now since no one to ask out. Loves extreme sports and high speed." and that's his version of his dark side.

What dark side really means?? Do you have a double identity that is hidden from your close friends and family?? Do you have a secret lover besides your wife or husband?? Do you like to cross dress behind closed doors?? What are the things you do that you hide from others?? To me that is what dark side meant mostly to my understanding. What you think??

In some cases, it's just like when the moon is full men turns into wolfs and when the lights goes out vampires comes out to hunt for their next victim. But when the sun raises werewolves turns back to human and vampires goes into hidden again. All these only happens at night when the sun goes down and back to normal again in the morning.

After dark is a new blog which i started to blog about stuff that happens at night when the sun goes down. I wanted to try blogging things from a different prospective, a different side of me i should say, things that people do at night or will do only at night, places people go at night etc. Life is so bored having to stuck at work for 8 hours in office and night is always so short and not enough cause when the sun raises people have to go back to the boring/stressful etc life.

One day after America IT gadgets giant- APPLE unveiled it's latest iPhone 4S to the world on Oct 4th , co-founder & visionary - Steve Jobs dies Oct 5th from cancer at aged 56. Jobs was just 21 when he founded Apple Computer in 1976 with his 26-year-old friend Steve Wozniak in his family garage.

I've decided tonight's after dark topic is to blog a tribute to Steve Jobs. After a long battle with pancreatic cancer, created a series of seminal electronics products, reinvented several industries, and built Apple into a $350 billion juggernaut. Wow that's like a huge profit we are talking about which in turns created plenty of jobs for the work force in America and many parts of the world.

I believe everyone in this world owns a little something made by Apple be it a small iPod shuffle, a iPad, iPhone or even a Mac. I myself owns or own before - a iPhone 3S, a iPhone 4, a iPad 1 and a Mac book. I wonder what will happen if it's not for Jobs will we still have such high tech products like mp3s, phones and computers. A big thank you to Jobs, not for you we wouldn't have such great gadgets.

Did some reading up on Steve Jobs on the net and i came across one of his quotes which he said when he was addressing the students at Stanford University in 2005 June - "The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.". I know he did and he his great work will be remembered by many from all over the world.
